Q: How does the cleaning process work?
A: It’s very simple, call us and we will come to your place, clean the blinds and re-hang them.
We do everything on-site in about an hour!
Q: Can you fix sun damaged blinds?
A: Unfortunately, Ultrasonic cleaning cannot
fix sun damaged blinds. Ultrasonic cleaning only removes dirt, grease grime, mold etc.. it does not fix discoloration.
Q:
Can you clean wood blinds?
A: Yes, there is some risk to cleaning wood blinds ultrasonically but as the consumer you have two choices.
1. Accept the risk and use the Ultrasonic technology and 2. Allow us to hand clean the blinds, either way your wood blinds will be
cleaned (for the same price)
Q: How does the pricing work?
A: We charge per blind. There is no need to measure your blinds.
All you have to know is what type of blind you have and how many!
Q: Does the size of the blinds matter?
A: No the size
of the blind does not matter. We just need to know what type of blinds you have and how many!

A: Yes,
we are fully licensed and insured. We also have 14 years experience!

1. “Returning Customer” a customer that uses our service within a year of the previous cleaning (15% off)
2. “Employee
Discount” an employee of a business that has used our services within a year (10% off)
3. “Multiple Blind Discounts” commercial
or residential location that has 20 or more blinds (15% off)
Q: How long does it take to get my blinds cleaned?
A: The average
home takes about an hour and a half
Q: How does the scheduling work?
A: We schedule our arrival time in two hour time slots.

A: Yes, we do install blinds! Give us a call and we can give you a quote.
Q: Do you
offer a discount if the blinds are already removed from the windows?
A: No, it is actually more challenging for us if the blind is
already removed. Normally when we remove the blinds, we code them making re-hanging very simple. FYI, the brackets must be in place
to allow the blinds to dry properly.

A: In order to keep prices
lower, we have elected not to have a retail location. We have been in business for 14 years and our customers have shown great appreciation
for our low prices and willingness to clean on-site.

to set-up an appointment?
A: Usually a few days notice works fine, however we have a one week guaranty. We guaranty that we can schedule
an appointment within 1 week of your phone call.
